The poison of life comes in many forms; most poisons are obvious while others can be quite subtle. To live a long, creative and healthy life the poison you see before you and its ingredients should be avoided at all costs. The following ingredients are simply meant as a warning; as to list the entire recipe would take more time than we have.  So please, read ahead with caution. Self doubt, negative thoughts, hatred, worry, fear, jealousy, violence, gossip, pessimism, dishonesty, self-hatred, judging, impatience, anger, arrogance, procrastination, labeling, deceit and comparing yourself to others… Not every poison in life will come with a conveniently placed skull and cross bones warning label, but we all know it when we see it. Do yourself a favor and don’t drink the poison of life. It’s never worth it to you or to anyone else.
